'djhobby.com' and logo and 'Your Hobby and Craft Shop" are service trademarks for djhobby.com Copying, modification, uploading, transmission, distribution, reproduction, and posting of previous must be done with written permission from djhobby.com Any offenses to previous is prohibited. All other company logos, names, images, trademarks are licensed to their respective companies.

1. All returns must be accompanied by an original D & J Hobby receipt. with out a receipt you will only be able to get store credit if a exception can be made. See rule 7 for exceptions .
2. All returned products must contain original packaging and instructions.
3. We do not allow returns on items that are not in their original store bought condition.
4. Electronic items are subject to evaluation and may not be allowed to be returned or exchanged. In most cases, the customer will be required to handle defective items with the manufacturer of the product.
5. Doll, dollhouse, plush, discontinued items, closeout/sale items, paints, glues, fuel and media(books,dvd's) are not returnable for any reason. Customers are advised to inspect all items before leaving the store.
6. All returns must take place within 30 days of the date of purchase.
7. All exchanges must have some form of proof of purchase. Otherwise the exchange may be refused.

Returns due to incomplete product, i.e. missing pieces, instructions, will be handled on a case by case manner through contact with a djhobby.com Internet sales representative. Returning product due to damage in shipping will be handled via contact with djhobby.com Internet sales representative, in which case djhobby.com will contact the shipping carrier and make arrangements for compensation. No returns on products unless specified above.

djhobby.co, is no longer liable for product damage and/or loss upon receiving of product by shipping carrier. If suspected of loss or damage of product, djhobby.com representatives will make efforts on customer's behalf to contact shipping carrier so that the carrier may locate and/or compensate the customer for loss or damage of product.

International orders:

Upon leaving the US borders the United States Postal Service along with djhobby.com, Inc. no longer is liable for damage and/or loss of merchandise.
